Meetings

There is an Annual General Meeting (AGM) in September each year open to all trustees and parents. Everyone is invited to attend.

The Treasurer presents a review of funds raised in the past year and informs everyone about a whole range of projects, trips, facilities and activities within the school the funds have been spent on.

In case of the committee member/s stepping down, the position might be able to be filled by the trustees. However, if the position remains vacant, a General Election Meeting (GEM) will be called.
